Minimum Security, established in 1978, is located in Cranston, Rhode Island. The Minimum Security houses more than 451 male offenders. The Rhode Island Department of Corrections runs all the correctional facilities in Rhode Island. Inmates at the Minimum Security indulge in various tasks in groups, such as providing labors to some government agencies.

Sending Money
The Minimum Security permits offenders to receive funds deposited into either commissary or phone accounts. Phone account funds bill phone calls, computer tablet services, and electronic messaging and commissary for food and toiletries. You can send the money to an inmate at the Minimum Security via JPay, Telmate, and CenturyLink.
Phone Calls
The Minimum Security allows an inmate to make a 30-minute call through the CenturyLink (Service provider). Inmates are expected to create an account and validate their numbers to use this entity’s services. Upon validating and funding their numbers, an inmate can even access a voicemail option.
Visitations
