Sending a Mail/Package to Coleman Center
Inmates incarcerated in the Coleman Center can only receive photos and letters from family and friends directly. The Coleman Center does not permit packages such as food and games. Magazines, books, and newspapers are sent directly to the inmate from the distributor or publisher.

Sending Money
The Coleman Center permits offenders to receive funds deposited into either commissary or phone accounts. Phone account funds bill phone calls, computer tablet services, and electronic messaging and commissary for food and toiletries. You can send the money to an inmate at the Coleman Center via JPay, Telmate, and CenturyLink.
Phone Calls
The Coleman Center allows an inmate to make a 30-minute call through the CenturyLink (Service provider). Inmates are expected to create an account and validate their numbers to use this entity’s services. Upon validating and funding their numbers, an inmate can even access a voicemail option.
Visitations
Inmates incarcerated at Coleman Center can receive visitors. Visitors must provide their ID and ensure to dress appropriately if you plan to visit an inmate incarcerated in the Coleman Center.
