Inmates incarcerated in the Oregon State Prison can only receive photos and letters from family and friends directly. The Oregon State Prison does not permit packages such as food and games. Magazines, books, and newspapers are sent directly to the inmate from the distributor or publisher.

Sending Money
The Oregon State Prison permits offenders to receive funds deposited into either commissary or phone accounts. Phone account funds bill phone calls, computer tablet services, and electronic messaging and commissary for food and toiletries. You can send the money to an inmate at the Oregon State Prison via JPay, Telmate, and CenturyLink.
Phone Calls
The Oregon State Prison allows an inmate to make a 30-minute call through the CenturyLink (Service provider). Inmates are expected to create an account and validate their numbers to use this entity’s services. Upon validating and funding their numbers, an inmate can even access a voicemail option.
Visitations
