Sending Money

The Youth Diagnostic & Development Center permits offenders to receive funds deposited into either commissary or phone accounts. Phone account funds bill phone calls, computer tablet services, and electronic messaging and commissary for food and toiletries. You can send the money to an inmate at the Youth Diagnostic & Development Center via JPay, Telmate, and CenturyLink.

Phone Calls

The Youth Diagnostic & Development Center allows an inmate to make a 30-minute call through the CenturyLink (Service provider).
