Sending Money

The Metropolitan Transition Center permits offenders to receive funds deposited into either commissary or phone accounts. Phone account funds bill phone calls, computer tablet services, and electronic messaging and commissary for food and toiletries. You can send the money to an inmate at the Metropolitan Transition Center via JPay, Telmate, and CenturyLink.

Phone Calls

The Metropolitan Transition Center allows an inmate to make a 30-minute call through the CenturyLink (Service provider). Inmates are expected to create an account and validate their numbers to use this entity’s services. Upon validating and funding their numbers, an inmate can even access a voicemail option.
