Sending Money

The Central State Prison permits offenders to receive funds deposited into either commissary or phone accounts. Phone account funds bill phone calls, computer tablet services, and electronic messaging and commissary for food and toiletries. You can send the money to an inmate at the Central State Prison via JPay, Telmate, and CenturyLink.

Phone Calls
