Sending Money

The Youthful Offender System permits offenders to receive funds deposited into either commissary or phone accounts. Phone account funds bill phone calls, computer tablet services, and electronic messaging and commissary for food and toiletries. You can send the money to an inmate at the Youthful Offender System via JPay, Telmate, and CenturyLink.

Phone Calls

The Youthful Offender System allows an inmate to make a 30-minute call through the CenturyLink (Service provider). Inmates are expected to create an account and validate their numbers to use this entity’s services. Upon validating and funding their numbers, an inmate can even access a voicemail option.

Visitations
